Here is the latest update to my Nurlge Defiler / Soul Grinder. I was not completely happy with the height and overall lankiness of the model, so I decided to chop much of the legs off in order to achieve something a bit more stumpy and dynamically posed. You can see the original post here
I added quite a bit of overall dremmel drill weathering and sand to help scum it up a bit, and have been working on adding a bit more girth to the body. On the back of the model I added several melted plastic tubes surrounded by green stuff to cement it in place.
I plan on adding a second mouth to the front of the model as well as a belly that is drooping to the ground. estimated completion of model as shown is around 70%. Updates to come...

That is absolutely repulsive. I love it!! Can't wait to see more - keep it up!
That's looking amazing.
That thing is truly disgusting.
Wonderful stuff.
Ron, FTW
I like the lowered look. I changed my defilers to be closer to the ground a while back and I think it makes them look a lot more like an evil daemon crab.
That thing is huge! Very creative.
I love the how low it is to the ground, it gives it a crab-like scuttling feel that you don't often find in large walkers.
I hear Nine Inch Nails, while looking at your Nurgle conversions.
Possibly, some GWAR mixed in there, too.
Love the lowered, crawlier look!
Thanks for the positive responses. Evil crabs and GWAR FTW!!
Somehow it remindes me of a corrupted and perverted Wall-E, which is awesome beyond belief.
